Hi Mary

Yes.. the property is sold and closed..The transfer of ownership/title took place on May 15th according to our records.

BTW If your thinking of buying and or selling a home in the Denville area I would highly suggest looking at our website.

Here you can sign up for our "VIP Buyer and VIP Seller" lists/alerts ...Where you be alerted any time we are preparing to market and or sell a home..."Before it hits the open market"

If your thinking of "Selling" we have our "Exclusive VIP Buyers" list of highly motivated and qualified buyers waiting to buy your home.

For Example....

6 Hewetson Rd and 74 Cooper rd .. Both of these homes are in Denville.. They were both previous marketed by other companies and agents and didn't sell... Within 10 days of applying my unique and aggressive 360 Degree marketing approach both properties were under contract in 10 days or less!

We actually had multiple offers on the Cooper Rd home...
