Not sure about suing, but you should get a lawyer to look at everything. There is sales where Seller A buys from Seller B, they have not closed but puts the house up for sale. Seller A then has to close with seller B so they can then close with you as the buyer. Normally there is a disclosure in there. Also there should be a contingency where the buyer gets to inspect and accept the title. Have a lawyer review it and tell you what is bet depending on what you signed. ... more
