The answer to this question depends on how athletic the person is. Victoria Park spans about 12 blocks from East to West and 16 from North to South. So, depending on where you start in Victoria Park, Las Olas is walkable for some people, if not everyone. Also, it depends on where on Las Olas Blvd your destination is. I'm curious why you ask. As far as safety is concerned, your best source of information is the local police department, why not visit/call and ask all your questions, then make a determination--if you are not too familiar with the area consider driving through more than once and at different times of day, look at everything that is important to you.. ... more
