Not necessarily. If you are interested in purchasing a foreclosure your best bet is to find a local real estate agent to work with. Banks only sell these properties through a real estate agent and the bank pays the commission so the services of an agent will cost you nothing in any event. ... more

Hi Karen,

You could speak directly with the owners and explain your situation. Otherwise I would be more than happy to help you find another property fitting your needs and criteria. Please feel free to call me directly at 623-696-0228 or email me at shawn.scray@gmail.com. Hopefully we can talk soon.

Best Regards,
Shawn

Todd Hall answered:
Larry,

"Quick Sale", in the current market, is usually used to describe a property that is either (a) not a short sale (so no long wait for bank approval); or (b) is a short sale but bank approval has already been given, so the closing can happen quickly. The term is used a lot these days, because so many properties are in the early stages of the short sale process, and there are a lot of buyers out there who are not in a position to wait for an indefinite period of time to close ... so a "quick sale" sounds appealing to them.

Hope that helps.
