zip code 43620 is an interesting area as the zip code contains one of the largest historic district --homes range from 1300 square feet to over 18,000 so they question for me "looking in the district or outside the district". How historically correct is the home and unfortunately, as with many areas, foreclosures hit the historic district and prices decrease. Part of the OWE historic district is also in zip code 43610--and there are many homes in these zip codes that are not part of the district. ... more
