as you can see, Navarre to gulf breeze is the best... I don't know about swimming, but I can tell you that both areas are wonderful and great schools. I moved from fort Walton a few years back to Navarre so my son would be in a better school. now we are wanting to sell our home and move to gulf breeze to be closer to my husbands work to make it easier when he is on shift! so I know I will stay in this area as long as possible! ... more

It depends on where you are now located. I know if you are in Pensacola near the East Hill area if would take you 25 minutes or so to get to the beach. I understand the confusion with maps and all. Sometimes they are not very accurate. ... more

As you well know by your question these are variables and are different for each property. However, they can be different for each person as well. Exemptions (taxes), company/policy preference (insurance), and usage (utility) can vary for the same property. There is a property tax calculator for put out by our property appraiser's office. That link is below. Insurance questions are best answered by your preferred insurance company. However, shopping is recommended.
