This place is a nightmare and it all stems from management. They do not care/concern themselves about their properties and show it by not acting on the needs of their tenants. I have never in my life dealt with management whom employs staff that do not provide proper upkeep. They also have an awful parking issue which spills into the side streets of Metuchen and Edison. They cite "We have 312 families and only 150 spots so it's your problem not ours." This is a frustrating environment and one to steer clear of as it seems to only be getting worse! ... more

Morning,
Any NJ Agent can sell in Margate. As for fee, this is something that you and the Agent should discuss before you sign the contract; it is a fee that you both agree on.
I would be happy to schedule appointment to discuss marketing your Condo and the fees. Contact me either via email: junger@century21.com or cell: 732-874-0928
Best of luck in your future.
