The only way to be certain is to have a mold inspection done by a professional inspection company. If you would like a referral to one give me a call or send me an email. There is not a database of homes/properites that have been "infected" unfortunately, so it is always buyer beware!

Get involved in your local Chamber of Commerce, Church, neighborhood association, school, ect. Run an ad in your local newspaper, I put mine in the sports section. Do lots of volunteer work. I had alot of response years back on a magazine that was geered to the homeowner with great articles, ect. That really got me started. I focused on a great older neighborhood and two other smaller ones. The extra mags i took to the hospital and drs. offices and set them out in the waiting rooms. After 2 years i stopped and i recieved so many calls from people that missed recieving it, even the drs offices. The cost was 0 to me. the inside cover and back cover was paid advertising by mortgage co. attorneys, ect. ... more
