Hello,

Currently, we do not have a tool for the consumers to remove their home photos by themselves. Please provide your complete property address and I will be able to assist. You may also send your request together with your complete address via the link below.

Hi Kk,

I was in your shoes back in 2007! Renting a place here in San Diego, with no SS or credit history should not be a problem.

Here is what I needed when I first came here:

-3 months bank statements, with as much money as you can.
-You will need to pay first month rent upfront, and a security deposit
---> Usually for people with limited credit, the security is 1 month of rent payable with the first month
--->it could be up to 2 months of rent if the place you are renting is NOT furnished.
---> It could be up to 3 months of rent if the place you are renting IS furnished. But NO more than that.
-Copy of visa and US driver's license
-A bank account in the US (chase, bank of america, wells fargo...)
-Copy of valid passport.

Based on my experience, you have a better chance to go with apartment complexes that are NOT individually owned, but rather are managed with a property manager and owned by a Corporation.

Those are easy to find, just look for the leasing office. No leasing office? Apartment are individually owned.

I am a realtor and ready to help you. Email me if you have any further questions.

I will not charge you a dime but rather help you find what you want.

Good Luck!

Public records will have the new owner's name after the transaction has been recorded. Here in California, it takes about a week. With the internet nowadays, it should be very similar in Florida.

Good luck!

Derrick gets a thumbs up from me too!!! GREAT advise and additionally... sometimes it is attitude that can help you turn things around. So inheriting 2 homes might end up being a great blessing and a gift if looked at from a different angle!!! We all hit lows in our lives.... sometimes it is just to teach us what's important. Wishing you Well and Good Luck!!! Sometimes we make our own Luck!!!

you're kidding, right?

you're a licensed agent, a subscriber to the local MLS, and you want the other agents in town to tell you how to market the home so that you don39;t have to offer us a co-op commission?

this is the essence of the data sharing that is the core element of our MLS...we all share all. it is also a precondition of your MLS terms of use that unless the seller instructs otherwise that the listed property must be entered within 24 hours.

you're killin' us!

No legal advice here. But some practical advice instead. Give him the 60 days. Have him sign something saying he must leave by a certain date.. Then suffer for 2 months and be free.
It would be better to have him agree to leave with the proper legal papers signed.

p.s. burn everything he wants to eat. ;)

Hi Mary,

Thank you for your question. It looks like you have submitted most of your listings to us manually so you should be able to edit your listing price in the manner that Justin suggested. While you edit the price I'd highly recommend that you edit the Property Listing URL associated with your listings as well. Currently most of your listings point to your website home page and that can be a turnoff for interested home buyers who want to see more details for your listing. It's thus ideal if you can provide a listing URL that points directly to the property in question - like http://www.marymctsoldme.com/property/3358-GREGORY-ST-SAN-DIEGO-California

Please let us know if you need further assistance or if you have other questions about this.
