Usually the listing agent for the foreclosure property will order the cleanout services, so your best bet is to look around on the internet and get contact information for REO/foreclosure listing agents in the areas you want to work, and advertise your services to them. You might consider offering the agents a delayed billing option, at least as a teaser, to get them to try you. Usually the agents must pay for the services up front and then get reimbursed from the property owner (asset company). If you can help the agent manage that cash flow, you will win their loyalty!
