I would like to know if I can get a copy of the GIS shape files and data used on your price listing map found under your link: http://www.trulia.com/home_prices/California/Los_Angeles_C…

I would seek counsel from a Real Estate Attorney. There is not enough information to go by. Without seeing the contract and all of its terms, it is impossible for anyone to give you advice.

Best of luck,

You should be fine if you show them proof of your funds. IT is possible they may ask for several months paid upfront though.

Hi Mary,
I see you are giving her a 30 day notice, which is the correct way to proceed. As some others have mentioned, next time obtain a rental agreement, and get copies of your renter's driver's license and his or her last two pay stubs. I would also run a credit report if you can. If you rent through Westside Rentals, they prescreen all of their renters for you. I feel for you. Wish you the best of luck.

Best,

I have had so much luck on craigslist.com. The other sites I would look at are Grunion Gazzette and the Long Beach Press Telegram. They both have websites. Those are the best three for homes for rent. It takes work on your part. Driving the area may be an idea also. It is a confined area that you could drive easily on the weekends. People do put up for rent signs in the yards. Those homes are so popular, I am sure a sign in the yard gets them rented.
