Hi,
I think, hiring a professional real estate agent is a good idea to sell or rent a space.

Here are some useful tips to market real estate space:-

1. Target Life Events on Facebook
2. Take footage of space and share on social media
3. Retarget Web Viewers with Property Images
4. Host a Biz-Friendly Event in the Space
5. Take Prospects Out on the Town
6. Referral Incentive Strategy
Thanks!!

I understand that "Buy Comp: 2.5%" at the bottom of an MRIS sheet in Maryland indicates that the buyer's agent will receive a commission of 2.5%.

A few mistakes by Trulia shouldn't have any impact on the sale of your property. Properties, in today's market, that are priced well... sell.

Attorney? Sure, if you'd like to be tied up in court for a long time, spend a lot of money in legal fees and eventually lose. Good luck. ... more

Malcolm Lawson answered:
No, you can sell it as is. If someone tries buying it using a VA loan the VA may not allow it but most other loan programs should be ok with that.

Marlene Paisley answered:
Am I understanding correctly that you're trying to short sale a home in Baltimore, MD? If so, as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Maryland here's my answer: ask the Buyer's agent for a letter from the lender for the buyer showing they don't qualify any longer for a loan,or the reason they can't consummate the sale. Even in short sales we need a valid reason to terminate a contract. Inability to get a loan is a prime reason most buyers don't buy. Was the LLC paying cash or getting a loan? If they were paying cash, where'd the money go? It's odd for a bank to decline to sell to a particular buyer. Something didn't satisfy their portfolio for that house. Was the short sale package complete with all required paperwork? Review these things and go from there.

Hope this helps.
