Hi Dorian,

Again, I know this answer comes late to you, but I have just started connecting to buyers on Trulia and sellers, too.

When you list with a realtor, your home will go onto many sites. Once they put it into the Multiple Listing System, MLS, it will go to a wide variety of sites such as realtor.com, weichert.com, and many others, including trulia.com.

One never knows where a buyer is going to look so the more internet exposure, the better. I have 2 prominent websites of my own for further exposure.

Take care,
Ellen
