They are sister companies but not the same. Trulia does not allow for sale by owner listings, so if you want your home to appear here you will have to find an agent to work with. Sorry. You can try a flat fee company, but be sure they feed their listings to Trulia and be sure you are getting a good deal, 25 photos, virtual tour, etcc. ... more

For sale by owners are tricky. When working with a buyer's agent, the buyers agent has to do double work since there is no listing agent. The fee is usually half of what a normal fee would be if you listed it with a broker. 3-4%

It is just common courtesy for an agent to cancel an appointment instead of just not showing up. If you are working with an agent, the buyers agentnt should call your agent as soon as they konow they will not be coming. Most agents do act in a professional manner and would do that.
