Hello,

I'll give you a simple answer. It varies, but somewhere in the 4.5% to 5.5% range is probably what you can expect for a fair commission in San Mateo County.

It depends on your home, and it depends how you negotiate with and find Realtors.

At UpNest (http://www.upnest.com), we're based in San Mateo county in Burlingame, and have helped a lot of home sellers save money when selling. On our marketplace, top agents will compete to earn your listing. Since agents are competing, they are more likely to give you their very best rates, and you'll be satisfied by "comparison shopping" for agents.

There's no risk to try us at all, our support team is incredibly helpful and will answer all of your questions, and it's completely free for you.

Hello Jamie,
The real estate market in our area is just great.. with a proper pricing and proper presentation of your property and an adequate marketing program....you should be selling in a short time. As for the multiple offers situation :The lower your asking price the higher will be the interest in your property.
Should you like to have an idea about my marketing program, please give me a call (650) 291-9792 or email me at Juliettenajjar@yahoo.com
Good luck..
