In my experience different lenders have different qualifications. Shop around. As long as you are in the same profession it doesn't matter if you have changed jobs.

Very possible to do so and you don't need an LLC. You can create one if you like, you don't need to be a US citizen. I work with many international clients, so please feel free to contact me anytime.

Please feel free to send me the address direct and I can give you valid comps and a true opinion. The market has gone up quite a bit and due to the lack of inventory sellers have been getting top dollar. Comps are very important and shouldn't be ignored. Even if you accept the price, you might have appraisal problems, which may or may not work to your advantage.

Hello Harpal,

I think Nightingale, Swallow, and Marcheeta in the Bird Streets would be the highest point. Can get an amazing property with jaw dropping views in these areas. What are you looking for? I know this area well and would be happy to assist. I also know the neighboring Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills well depending on your architectural tastes and price range.

Best Wishes,
