Thats a great area, and would make a great investment. As Cedar Springs improves its aesthetics, as well as changing some of the older real estate into new properties (townhouses, buildings, etc.) the value should rise, if it stays on the path it has been on in the last 7 years I have lived in that area. I have seen a huge jump in the last few years, and I know of a good number of projects underway that have the potential to add even more value to the area. If you have any more questions let me know.
