Review the small print of the contract, to see if you will have to add more cash to cover any difference between the appraised price and the sale price. Many people don't know that you can have a Realtor represent you on the purchase of a newly constructed home, however you need to register your Realtor usually to have one help you negotiate issues and explain the contracts.
