Values around the parlor will drop, probably significantly. As you move out, the depreciation will lessen and Tewksbury is large enough that there should be plenty of areas who see no effect at all. ... more

Kevin is correct, there are many new developments being built, or just completed, in Tewksbury. Most of them are on the Andover line and are beautiful homes in the over $500k range. I happen to specialize in that area, so feel free to contact me anytime if I can be of assistance!

I think the bigger question is do yo you want the lifestyle of an over 55 adult community. I think deals are had to be both in regular condominiums and over 55 condominiums. I think the decision to buy in an over 55 community should not be soley based on money. ... more
