The cost of maintaining pool varies. Best bet is to call local swimming pool service to get accurate estimates for pool maintenance. To remove pool you will need permits, cost 7000-15000.

No way other than a Realtor being able to print out their closed listings on MLS. I assume you're considering listing or buying a house and you're looking for a professional with a great record? As a mortgage professional who has done tons of transactions with many Realtors for a decade, I can tell you that you should not base your search on their record as far as closings. That doesn't tell you much more about the Realtor that you should be considering. Meet with a few and interview them. Ask the right questions and go with someone that you feel comfortable with. You want someone experienced, professional, and someone that has the time to dedicate to you. You don't want a big shot Realtor who has too much in his or her plate.... or maybe you do? My pool had to be a certain amount away from the property line on the sides and back and a certain amount away from the curb going to back of house. But I'm sure it

Hello. It is probably easier to discuss various construction types verbally, since I am not certain what you want to know specifically. There are many construction types. As for your second question, depending on the style of the home and whether or not there is a basement, might determine he cost efficiency of converting a carpeted floor (what is under it slab or plywood for example?) to a good hard wood floor. They likely can be easily converted though. What are your plans once you put in the new hard wood? Will you be covering them up?

If your pre approval just expired, it would be wise to renew the pre approval. Understand this, you are given a certain number of inquiries a year. When you exceed that number of inquiries, then it will begin to have an affect on your credit score. In cases where you are running your credit for a mortgage, multiple inquiries from the same lender will weigh as one inquiry and will not have a negative affect on your credit. Running inquiries on your credit for credit cards will have a negative impact on your report when you exceed the number your given each year. from my research, it all depends on your budget and other criteria. when searching for a home for myself, i've noticed that there are a few homes available in that land size, but they were not in a desirable area for me (backing into a school, backing towards commercial property, near the train tracks, etc.)

if that doesn't bother you, take a look at some houses up and around north syosset. i saw some houses in that area last month that had 1/2 acre land. also, i believe 87 circle drive was a larger than normal lot as well.

i'm not an expert, just a regular i have no vested interest

my biggest issues were the fact that you had areas of mold and humidity in the basement. as a parent who has kids, that is a major issue for me, and i would not buy a house that wasn't treated and given a confirmation that this mold / issue was taken care of by a professional. you don't want yourself nor your family to breath in mold or any other toxicities

the only way that you will have leverage on the first 2 items is if no other offers came in, and the sellers are desperate to move and need you to buy in order for them to afford their other property that they may have bought. if that is the case, it doesn't hurt to ask...what's the worst they can say? no? the best would be YES, and you can get something out of it.
