I can't speak about the lead situation, but in general 180 King needs MAJOR repairs, including a new roof, structural issues, probably rodent infestation, and new kitchens. The yard needs considerable tree work and is prone to flooding. Basically it is a job for a professional construction company, not a distant investor or first time buyer. It does have a convenient location to train station and and other amenities (walk to churches, library, senior center, etc.) Also, if you like antique buildings, it does have some charm such as an antique gas stove and sitting porch.
