Get the contact information for the condo association management. Each Realtor jurisdiction has it's own regulations. Seattle local real estate associations or possibly the state of Washington may have regulations regarding the disclosure of condo association documents to include rules, regulations and financial disclosures. It is always good to get the disclosures. But I always suggest my clients contact the management company directly to ask questions and get the information first hand.
