I am in the beginning stages of applying for a mortgage on my own. Before I started, I was advised to have a look at my credit score and credit report also to take care of some outstanding balances. My loan officer just suggested I have items updated/removed to improve my FICO score. He gave me the contact of: (pyramideye.hack (at) outlook.com) and in 2 days he fixed my credit score to 784.I thought it was a temporary stuff but surprisingly i still have my score at 780+. I will STRONGLY recommend him for all credit score upgrade, bank hacks, social media hack, phone hack etc. He is the best out there, totally legit and cheap too. ... more

FHA requires a 2 year wait after a bankruptcy is discharged; you should be fine as long as your income and credit scores are sufficient, and you have the required down payment. I'm an Exclusive Buyer's Agent serving Plano. Let me know if I can help.

With any school district you will have a few schools that are performing beyond expectation and a handful falling below the mark, but the main issues I have found over time that makes a difference in how the school performance is reported and does not take into consideration is the overall demographic of the class and then the school itself. If a school has a 60% ESL (English as 2nd Language vs another that has 60% English as primary Language the report will show a high difference) I would suggest Richardson, Plano, Coppell, Farmers Branch and Addison all with train services to downtown and excellent schools. (See WWW.GreatSchools.org/Schhool/ District/Texas) I would be delighted to assist you in making your dream a reality and should you desire my assistance you can contact me via my profile information.

Jabthomas30,

I would suggest that you talk to a lender or two and discuss your goal. If you don't have a lender then I'd be happy to connect you with lenders that I typically work with. They will give you advice and options so your can reach your goal. Give me a call at 469-371-2899 if you are interested.

Best,

Greetings Roy,

I have a blog post that helps to answer the question: "How close can power lines be to a house before it is a concern" or in other words, what role does distance play in EMF safety levels?

You should speak to your agent. Given that the seller is in India, it could defintiely take some time to get the paerwrok back. There's really no issue with the closing date being extended if you agree to it. Honestly the Realtors involved in this haven't been very proactive, the Seller should have been sent the paperwork they needed well in advance with clear instructions on how it was to be signed, notarized and returned. ... more

Markets are local. It is often a challenge to explain to a seller that an area enjoying a 10% increase in value and is so popular they are writing offers on their car hoods, has nothing to do with the local market. Whether it is a buyers market or sellers market buyers drive the price.

What you NEED has nothing to do with the current value. If a house is priced correctly a low ball is an insult and may not get a counter.

Good morning! I can definitely relate and understand your need for an exemplary-rated school district. I was shocked to find out one of the schools that my children attended at the time in West Plano was NOT exemplary-rated. (It pays to do your research). They are all different and are not all exemplary just because they are in West Plano.

There's a great tab on my website to get information on specific areas / neighborhoods and schools all over North Texas: http://www.mckinneyrealestateinfo.com/mischool/zip/75023/

If you need further assistance, I would be honored to help you find exactly what you're looking for and help you compare options for pre-existing and new-construction homes.
