Hi,

The property is currently "Contingent". This means that's it does have a contract on it but it's contingent on "something" likely financing approval or the completion of a home inspection, etc. The home could come back on the market if that contingency falls through.

I'd be more than happy to assist you with finding current homes for sale in the areas of Northeast, Ohio you're interested in. Please message through my website, or call anytime to discuss the process. I can send you matching properties and help you with your home buying goals.

Look like the taxes say they are around $270a year. The property is part of the Columbia Park development and there are other fees that come into play for the association.

Please contact me and I can give you more information on this property.
