There are lots of nuances in terms of locations and property values with the area generally known as "Newtown Square" (zip 19073), which includes portions of several different townships and two different counties. Portions of the Newtown Square area are considered part of the Philadelphia Main Line; others are not. Ultimately your price range and your unique lifestyle needs will determine which area of Newtown Square will be the best fit for you in terms of your preferences for schools, infrastructure, proximity to commuter rail, architectural age & style, acreage, etc, etc. Same for "Wayne" (zip 19087") -- lots of nuances in terms of locations and property values. We have clients and have handled the sale of numerous properties in both areas; IMO both areas are excellent choices for overall quality of life within the Philadelphia region. Yes Foxes Run is a small creek that runs between both Beechwood and Horton. If you look at a satellite view you can see the water that leads into a pond at Winding Way Park.
