Hellgate Middle School is a top-notch school, and the is served by different neighborhoods in Missoula. Grant Creek serves the school, as well as Pleasant View subdivision. Pleasant View is directly across the street from the school. Rentals in Pleasant View range from $1150 - $1600 per month. The community is unique because of its proximity to the school, all the shopping and restaurants on North Reserve St, Airport is five minutes away, Snowbowl Ski Area is a 20-minute drive and I-90 is only a three minute drive. Grant Creek has very few rental homes, but they do come up once in a while. Other neighborhoods that serve Hellgate are Windsor Park, 44 Ranch, The Ranch Club and El-Mar Estates, to name a few. Please feel free to contact me if you would like some help figuring out where to live. ... more

It really depends on the buyer and how much you are wanting to do. Sometimes the more square footage you put in, the lower the cost per square foot. I recommend doing some calling around. Get some quotes and compare costs. That is a good way to go about it. http://www.coretechindustries.ca/en/services.html ... more

Hi Dara,
That may be a tall order but there are always new Foreclosures coming out every day. I do have a foreclosure list that I can send you. What kind of acreage are you looking for? Fenced, irrigated or treed? I think Mullan area would be your be best for 10 acres and that close to town. Let me know how I can help you.
