Hey Maryann!

So I'm sure you're already in the area and this is way too late. But I did want to at least reply to your question. I did a quick search on the MLS for a 3/2 rental in the Lillian/ Elberta area with no luck. But to be honest, the MLS does carry some rentals but there are a lot of others out there. I would check with Belau Management or Century 21/ Meyer long term rentals for more options. I hope this helps and if I can answer any other questions you may have then feel free to ask!

If you're not already working with a Realtor to get you access to this or any property once you've been able to secure your prequalification letter, please give me a call. I can also pull listing details on other options if you give me a call to provide the necessary criteria details. I'll then save the search criteria for automatic e-mail updates so you can stay on top of your options until find "the one."

Let me know how else I can help.

Rodney is absolutely correct about needing to get prequalified before you start looking for a home to purchase. The days of finding a home then finding a lender to write the loan are over; you have to get your financing first.

If the property you want turns out to be a foreclosure or short sale where a lender or other financial institution has to approve the transaction, they won't even look at your offer without proof of loan prequalification or of cash on hand for a cash purchase.

As for locating the right property, I'd be honored if you'd allow me to assist you in that, as the process is overwhelming enough without trying to tackle it alone. Just give me a call so I can get details of what you are looking for and where so we can get started. I can e-mail property details for easy review, as well as set you up for automatic updates so you can stay on top of what's available.
