This is a lovely home with a walkout basement. Very desirable area with desirable schools. Sold in 2008 for 559,000. I know alot about this area since I live in this school district as well and very familiar with Lake Zurich/ Forest Lake area as well as surrounding.

Please contact me. I'd be happy to help with advice.

Your best place to look is your parish/county website of where you will be purchasing the home. Here is a link to the office. You can probably figure it out from there. If not, call the number listed. Good luck

Property taxes are unique to the individual property. Which property or area are you interested in learning more about?

Hello Armond.

The property you're referring to can be purchase in one of two ways. It can be purchased with all the land or only part of the land. The first option is to purchase the farm house with the barn and a bit over six acres. That option is listed at $699,990. The second option is to purchase the farm house with barn and the full seventeen plus acres. That option is listed at $1,269,000. (I don't have any info about the location or size of the six lots, although depending on how you want to subdivide it after you acquire it, and for what use, you could make that more lots or less.) Please note, whoever buys the land will have to pay the recapture fees to annex the land into Lake Zurich. Additionally, I've been notified that three acres are identified as unbuildable wetlands, but that the wetlands may be able to be relocated.

The Lake Zurich post office which services all of the 60047 ZIP code (and I also believe the 60049 ZIP code) will be moving their retail operation from the current location off Buesching to a new location which will be located on Route 22, right across Telser Road from this property which should help the exposure of the property. As the property is located on Route 22, the most important things to consider are the setbacks from Route 22 so if future expansions to Route 22 are needed, they can proceed with those with minimal impact to the businesses on those lots.

Since this is PUD and all PUDs are by default FHA approved, why can't I go for FHA instead of conventional loan?
