I have been watcing the Village since 1973. The POA fees should have been raised more over the years. The residents have gotten an incredible community at low cost.

First, get an idea of what you want in your first home. What is important to you? Is it nearby shopping, good schools, amenities like having golf or tennis? Then see what you can afford. Go to your bank and ask to speak with a loan officer. Get qualified to see what you can afford. Look around the general area you are interested in and get a Realtor who is knowledgable about that area. Best of luck to you and your search!
