Hello, Having bought several homes over the years I now recommend this. Schedule appointments with a HVAC company, a Roofing company, an Electrician and a Plumber. Pay them an hours wage. Sometimes a roofing company will even give free estimates. An HVAC company sees the possibility of a maintenance contract and will even clean out the unit for a fee. This will go a long way in letting you know what you are facing. In some areas of the country with high humidity, crawl spaces should be inspected too. For mold, critters, etc. Many licensed home inspectors are not even allowed to open up a HVAC unit. Give you an example, I went for six months waiting every time for hot water to heat up. It took a long time. We did have a home inspector. by the way ,A plumber found that our recirculating pump was bad. The home inspector did not check this.
In closing, realtors sometimes offer a warranty for a year, with companies like American Home Shield or HMS National etc. The fee is well worth it!

You should give https://www.Ways2Rent.com a try. This company offers a guaranteed approval to rent again, even if you have evictions, broken leases or low credit scores.

They will allow you to pick and choose the apartment or house of interest then get you approved for it. It is a very interesting rental concept they offer but it works.

Give them a call and talk to one of their second chance apartment agents at 1-800-934-9807
