Also across the street there is amost quarter acre for sale with fixer up house. Nice neighborhood. It is selling for 219,000. Can be subdivided to build house. In Napa they make auto parts. In Sonoma they make wine. Just kidding. That was an old saying I learned from a very good friend of mine who owns a winery in Sonoma. Both are very beautiful. Sonoma is a little more coastal and Napa a little more arid but both are very beautiful. If I was ever going to leave San Diego though I'd have to choose Sonoma.
