I have found that if your filter returns no results, it will automatically include some "recommended" results which may not match your filter. Try zooming out or changing your filter.

What time will you commute? I live in Andover and I can be to Boston in 25 minutes. Rush hour can be an hour or more. Andover spreads pretty far east to west so your proximity to 93 might add a little onto your commute. Great town and school system. Let me know if I can help answer any questions about the town, home buying or mortgage process. ... more

Massachusetts requires that an attorney handle all real estate transactions, so there would be no transfer without a clear title. I have sold many homes that had issues with the title and they were easily cleared up prior to the closing. ... more

You need to read the documents for the condex.
If they are not clearly defined, you need a lawyer.
If they are clearly defined, you may need a lawyer anyway - based on the question.

This is one of the problems with a condex and/or a small condo complex.
Us vs them.
Hopefully we stay friendly and agree on everything - everytime.

Hi Stan,
There are some excellent options in today's market around our area.
If you are considering staying in Methuen you have some very nice new construction options in the mid $500's.
When planning to buy and sell at the same time as it sounds like you are the first step is getting an accurate value of your current property along with a strategic marketing plan that will promote the homes strengths and expose it to the largest buyer pool possible.

I encourage you to contact me with any questions to have a confidential discussion about your home and your options.
You can visit me at www.northofbostonlivinggroup.com to learn more about how I help home owners in Methuen market their homes successfully and negotiate the purchases on their next home.

Best of luck!

I love the "Diamond District" area - Nahant Street, Ocean Street, Nahant Place, Lynn Shore Drive - beautiful walkway along the ocean. Diamond District is in Lynn between Nahant and Swampscott with beautiful old Victorian Homes. You can easily walk a couple of blocks to Lynn Shore Drive or walk to 3 beaches - along the ocean. The prices are less expensive than Swampscott and Nahant but just as much charm and share the ocean! ... more

7/2009 this was posted and no answer still as of 2/2010? Avg Price per sq/ft is about $180-200. You can see this in Trulia Market Trends for Saugus, MA:

With the Federal Reserve pulling support for Mortgage Backed Securities scheduled for April - it's likely that this will fall even more as interest rates rise as a result.

Behind Methuen high school there is a wooded path that loops behind the holy family hospital. It's probably a little more than a mile long and great for dog walking.

Milk St park welcomes dogs too but there are always people there so dogs need to be leashed.

Denrock Park in Lawrence is about 10 mins away and has many hiking trails. A lot of dirty ponds but we found a part clean enough for dog to swim.
