Hello Tim . Hope you are doing well. Scottsdale is a beautiful city with really nice weather.i used to live in Boston and have visited Windy City so I can understand how the winters get there. Congratulations on your new condo!

That's a cute area. To answer your question. You can all the RTC and ask for the planning department. They will tell you if they have any plans of moving and or continuing the lines.

I've also attached the web page for the RTC

I hope this helps.

Diann Tonnesen answered:
It does sometimes happen that owners who are losing a home will lease it out to tenants. (They may or may not make the mortgage payments.)

Fortunately if the home is foreclosed on, the tenant still has the right to stay in the property through the contracted lease period as long as the make the rent payments to the new owner, aka the bank.

However the most common "abuse" we see in this situation is the owner not giving back the tenant's security deposit. Any prospective tenant would be well advised to find out if a home is in pre-foreclosure status before putting down a security deposit!

Hope this helps!

I also work with a handful of solid agents but most of the ones you find in this site are well qulaified to help you out. ... more

Resort Villas would be the winner. Guard-gated with much nicer amenities. The units are more updated as they were built in the mid to late 90s. La Mancha feels more outdated as the community is a bit older. HOAs are about the same, they range around $200-300 a month depending on the size of your unit. The La Mancha units all come with an attached 2-car garage and they often have a small yard or courtyard too. Resort Villas has more of a condo feel to it with the garage(s) below you and balcony style patio. Hope this helps. Both communities can be a good investment in this market, just depends on what you're looking for. ... more

No community pool yet in Anthem Highlands. But the community is still under development. There is a very nice water park feature for the kids at the park on democracy. It also has 2 gated dog play areas & has plans for multiple grass fields. The community is ever changing and is brand new so if a big community pool was to come about it would have to be after all the other projects they are working on. They are constantly improving the place. Its incredible. They put more trees in everyday and there are already so many. hehhe :) i love it so much.. Def buy your home here! And the park I was discussing is just under development, there is already a complete over 2 million dollar park up the Hill next to the million dollar Canyon homes. Anthem Highlands is incredible and it is sooo on sale right now.. Dont miss your chance! ... more
