I see on the realtor sites great looking mid century homes for sale in the Wedgewood area. There are many homes in the 76133 zip code for very reasonable prices. So, that leads me to think there is something a miss there. What is the inside scoop of that area. ... more

Actually, there are some lovely Indian shops right in the zipcode you mentioned. (76133) at I-20 and Trail Lake Dr there is a Sari shop, and a Indian grocery store that also carries Bollywood movies.

My favorite Indian Restaurant in the metroplex is, "Maharaja", and that is right next door to this area.

Their website with menu, is:

Their are larger communities in Plano and Las Colinas, but the metroplex is well connected with highways and there are MANY cultural activities!

We even have a local radio station that broadcasts in Hindi, and a Community center/Theater/Banquet hall!!

Kind Regards,

If you use financing typically safe period is 30-45 days. If it is cash 7-10 days. If you have the best lender in the world and everything goes perfect 10 days. Typically we see about 30 days from contract to close.

Welcome to Texas!

REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS GROUP can help with traditional loans and
also work with people who want to own a home but can't get approved for a loan because of bad credit or who show little to no income due to self-employment. Let me be clear, this is NOT a free-for-all on home buying. My company finds buyers who have the funds to support a mortgage payment but show very little income or have a poor credit score. We find homes for those looking, remodel the home to the buyer's wants/needs and put them in it. A 10% deposit is necessary to secure a home in your name. If you want to own your own home and have a stable, verifiable income that can support a monthly mortgage payment, we need to talk. Let us do the work for you and see if we can get you into your own home. Again, this is NOT a government sponsored program or a loophole in the system. We are an honest company helping those who cannot find funding in a traditional manner. Contact me and let's start examining your options!

If you are trying to learn about Fort Worth and its surrounding area then I would suggest that you come and visit and have a look around. A realtor can assist you by educating and sharing what each area has to offer. Think about where you work, how long you are willing to commute from work, school, your budget either for leasing or purchasing, whether you need to live close to a family member/friends etc.

I'd be happy to assist you further. Feel free to call me at 469-371-2899.

Take care,

It can happen....welcome to Tarrant County.....

Great place to live....growing quickly.

You should have lots of options. I just used three of the most popular zip codes and up popped 130+ homes for sale in this price range. Prices are going up, but I expect you will still have plenty of choice at that time. We can probably narrow the search some by age, size, depending on what you want or need.

You can check this link for some examples:,23955,23958/propertytype/SINGLE/minprice/150000/maxprice/225000/

Most people probably would not know how to answer your question because you have not provided enough information, ---and you ask a subjective question!

What does it mean when you say "a good place to rent?" What does the word "affordable" mean in your vocabulary? What kind of areas are "appropriate for a 21-year-old?" And most importantly, where are you going to get a job?

If you are a 21-year-old that likes to party, I suggest you get an apartment in the downtown area. For more security, get an attended building, and be sure to live on an upper floor. If you can afford it, get a house in the suburbs where the crime rate is lower.

But without knowing what your budget will allow you to spend on rent, it is pretty hard for anyone to try and answer your question. I just rented a new apartment today for about $1100 with a garage, a private balcony, and it's near a golf course and expensive homes. If you shared the rent with a roommate, it would be "affordable." ---And Walmart is close by for groceries!

I can also help you save money on your electric bill. Write me for the details. Would you be interested in a free month's rent?

Good luck to you!
