The location is West Gate which was built as a condominium project in the 1980's. It's entrance is off of Route 46 just before the entrance to the GW Bridge.

Now, as for pedestrian friendly, I'm pretty sure it is but I'm hedging a bit because many streets don't connect so a lot of it is self contained if not all of it which means you're close to things but you have to walk around the the perimeter of the entire complex. Sorry but I just don't remember it well enough to say for sure. However, the best place to go to for any property is

Construction is typical of that era and I have had no personal experiences there as I've never lived there. It's a well maintained complex. As for senior citizen friendly, there are one floor units on the ground floor which would be good for seniors.

I really don't know the square footage and in looking at some listings, there is no figure given but my guess is that it's a bit under 1000 sq ft - more like 900-950 for the small units.

Traffic can be heavy there because you are literally on Route 46 where you enter but inside the complex it's quiet and the only traffic is from the residents.

Right now there are many units for sale so you have a lot to choose from. There's a community room, exercise room, children's playground, adult and kiddee pools. The entrance is gated 24/7 with a guard.

That's about all I can tell you for now.
