I apologize we have false foreclosure information listed on our home details page. This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I have created a request regarding the removal of the erroneous foreclosure information for your home on Zillow.

Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

Are you "certain" your name is on title or is this what you think?

The reason I ask, is because one of the functions of a divorce proceeding is to divide marital property. It makes no sense that your ex-husband would keep your name on the property if awarded to him, and the best time to clear such matters is in conjunction with the proceeding as opposed to some later date.

Hopefully your attorney tied all the loose strings, and to that end, consult them for the assurance you need and/or a "game plan" moving forward.

Best of luck to you!

Hi Johnny, the price that is listed is what the seller is asking for. If it's a foreclosure that is usually what the bank wants they lower the price to make it more appealing to buyers but keep in mind every bank is different. Should you have any other questions you can always contact me and I can be of assistance.

Tony Grech answered:
Hi Honda
Our approval guidelines allow us to do an FHA loan with as low as a 580 credit score. However, it's important to note that meeting the credit score requirement in and of itself does not guarantee approval.

When your credit score is under 620, there are probably going to be some stricter requirements added on top of normal loan requirements. Your debt ratio may be limited to 43% of your income. You'll probably need a spotless credit history in the last 12 months, along with a good explanation for any late payments or collections previous to that. You may also need to complete a homebuyer education course through HUD.

Give me a call and we can discuss your options and I can provide you with some guidance on this.
