I know this can be concerning.
However, the good news is that under Arizona law (I am not a lawyer, so for legal questions ask a lawyer), the renter is protected in a sale or trustees sale. The new owner or the Bank must honor the terms of your lease before anyone can take possession. If the owner, does keep possession, he/she needs to honor the lease also.
