Hello Marywatts139,
Good afternoon.
Are you still in the market to buy a home or homes? If so, I would love to see if we can help you out. We can do loans down to 600 Credit Score. We also don't need 3 trade lines like many banks require. I would like to see if I can help you out with a home mortgage. I will try and make this a very easy process. Please let me know how to help out.
Thanks much.

Depends on the state, county and city you live in. many require none. The hardest part is hooking up with the asset management company to get hired to do the job.
Good luck

I agree with the post about contacting REO Brokers... those who list them for the bank are often tasked with cleaning them out.

Nationals can provide work but be careful... most pay peanuts, most pay slow, most want tons of pictures and many will squeeze you with charge backs!

check out www.trashoutstartup.com for their ebook which would give you a pretty good idea

You start by googling national property preservation companies that service that area. You can apply to be a vendor for them and then they will give you jobs.
You will need certain property preservation and clean out supplies once you do get jobs. PP materials carries a large selection for a great price. I would recommend checking them out. Good Luck. ... more

I own such a service myself, it seemed logical as a Realtor to have my own Cleaning Service as well as a Home Maintenance Service . It can be very profitable, you need to print up lots of flyers and you need to go to all the Real estate Offices in your area of interest and make sure you leave at the reception desk enough for every agent in that office, just as the receptionist how many agents are there. Real Estate Agents tend to take their mail and glance quickly at the adverts and toss them, so Buy a bag of Hersey mini anything and a attach a candy to each flyer, you will hook some business this way. Realtors are chocaholics believe me! Good Luck! ... more

That very much depends on the lender and the type of loan. FHA loans have different guidelines than others.

Try contacting the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for information. They have lots of good information on buying a home and offer low interest loans to some home buyers based on income: http://www.mnhousing.gov/

They are a really great resource. Also check out the Home Buyer's Handbook at the Minnesota Attorney General's website: http://www.ag.state.mn.us/Consumer/Housing/HMBuyers/Default.asp
