Dan below is right.

Although you did not provide what property you were looking at,my guess is that it is a Realty Trac feed. I don't know why Trulia keeps that feed. More times than not it is a lien against the property and NOT a for salle price.

Any realtor in the area can assist you in finding foreclosure properties. If you are not ready to contact a local realtor (I am the top trulia agent in the area), you can access foreclosure properties through my website or you can run searches on places such as realtor.com or www.emeraldcoasthomesonline.com and look on your own.

Good foreclosure properties in the area are disappearing quickly when they are real bargains. I can set you up on an automatic mailing that will notify you within hours of a new foreclosure property coming on the market, so you won't miss the best deals.

I would be happy to work with you, or you can use the above mentioned sites on your own. I would recommend, however, that you work with a realtor in the area--remember, the seller pays the realtor fees, so as the buyer you are entitled to our services free of charge--why would you pass that up?

There are 2 condos priced under $250,000...one in FWB and one in Destin. However, there are several other condos priced from $279,000 to $299,000 that could also present great buying opportunities.
