Hello,

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

http://www.trulia.com/directory/

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Jenny,
Are you the renter or the owner? A tax lien won't stop a landlord from renting a home, only selling or refinancing. As a renter, it's one consideration an owner may take into consideration regarding your credit worthiness as a tenant. The landlord may consider this a negative consideration and decline to rent to a tenant with a tax lien. ... more

No. You can't have a bedroom without a functioning window to provide egress in the event of an emergency. All bedrooms must have working windows.

Only real estate professionals can add, edit, and delete listings. To that end, contact the agent who created the listing and ask them to remove it.

'Some evictions' as in more than one?

Why?

It is bad enough to have one on your record but more than one will indicate to a landlord that you are TROUBLE.

You may try to offer a larger deposit and a letter of explanation as to why you were evicted and show how you have been working to change your habits so it doesn't happen again.

Also try you local housing agency; you maybe able to qualify for some assistance programs.

Good luck.

Jay Shetler answered:
Extremely popular and very rare. Because of the desirability of these two neighborhoods, the prices of homes have appreciated dramatically since the recession, making them impractical for investors to own and rent and get any type of positive cash flow. If an owner has been in a home for a number of years and has a very low debt service, obviously that would be a different story.

If you are interested in renting in Willo, I'm working with an investor who will be likely be turning over a tenant in the near future in a rental property in Willo. Or, if you are a homeowner who is considering putting up a property for lease, I can help you as well by getting maximum exposure and/or by offering property management services if desired. Best,

Mariana,

You're very wise to recognize this scam. Agents in this Q&A forum do not have the authority to deal with an issue like this. However, I will pass this along to my account representative. I'm sure he knows to whom to send this for action.

Sincerely,

Hello Zea

The places here, are a link on CNN
and have no bearing on whether the Bank will accept your offer or a seller will.

Get in touch with a local agent

Good luck, its most likely not, if you have been rejected.

A judgement, a bankruptcy is a lot for banks to digest.

Find a Hard Money lender.

Good luck
