If one of the judgements have been satisfied, you should be able obtain the release from the debtor. Contact information for the debtor or collection agency is often provided on the credit report your lender pulled. Once obtained, present the proof to your LO/lender and that should suffice. As for the other judgement, one way to fast track its acceptance by your lender is to set up the repayment via a garnishment. Check to see if this is acceptable first ... more
