Yes it is completely bogus that the credit reporting companies will not allow us to give the credit report to client.

I would say:

" I do not recall applying for credit, but did not hot obtain any new credit."

That should do it.

Hi Julia,
At first, I will advise you contact easyhackghost@protonmail.com to deal with your bad credit score. I lost my house about 3 years ago, my credit score was so bad I had a ton of medical bills in collection. It was hard to even rent an apartment to live, as we all know most landlords run credit checks. I knew I had to do something to get back on track. So then, I hired (easyhackghost@protonmail.com) and few weeks later my credit score was repaired and went from under 500 now at 728. WOW! I can't believe it. I am now buying a home, signing the papers in a week/two. So don't ever think you'll never be able to rebuild your life again. All you need do is apply yourself together by taking the step now to get it done, you just might be amazed at what you can do with their help. ... more

It can be difficult and you may be required to put a substantial amount down, but its not impossible.
One thing to remember is low scores get higher interest rates on the loans & the low score could cost 100"s of thousands in interest. It's best to raise your scores first then go home shopping.

Deborah Garvin answered:
Alison,

Curious about your question? Are you wanting to establish evidence of something, or are you trying to establish a "claim"? If it is the latter, depending on the situation you may be able to file a mechanics lien on the title of the property (for any work done) and/or file a small claims suit.

Understanding a little more on the background on your question will elicit a more in depth and accurate response.

All my best,

Deborah

Sounds like a custom made estate issue, I financed a home for a buyer a few years back, the seller thought she owned the house outright, over 20 people showed up at closing claiming a cut of the proceeds. Just be sure to have “what if” plans. What is the exit strategy?
