You should give https://www.Ways2Rent.com a try. This company offers a guaranteed approval to rent again, even if you have evictions, broken leases or low credit scores.

They will allow you to pick and choose the apartment or house of interest then get you approved for it. It is a very interesting rental concept they offer but it works.

Give them a call and talk to one of their second chance apartment agents at 1-800-934-9807

Hello Denicesh, it is not a bad score as you have loan program choices. You may consider FHA 3.5% down from a minimum 580 fico score and 3% down conventional from a minimum 620 fico score.

Your scores can be raised at no cost within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary . You do have to be very careful what you pay off as some will lower your scores.

Do you have down payment and closing costs or do you need down payment and closing cost assistance programs? You may consider down payment and closing cost assistance programs from a minimum 640 fico score.

Check out the web reference link below, they are now licensed in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, IL, CO, GA, MD, MI, TX, VA and DC ONLY ...

Hello Jessica, what are you looking to do? You should study RENT vs BUY listings to compare payments. If you need to move quickly you should consider rentals as they have availability for immediate occupancy. The purchase can take 30-45 days to find and close.

If your credit is poor you may need to put additional deposit. You may qualify to buy and pay less than rent in VA. The rentals in 23666 zip code start from $625 for 2bd 1ba apt, no pets.

You may qualify to buy FHA 10% down with fico scores between 500-579 and minimum 580 fico score may consider 3.5% down FHA. Your scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

Hello Dominic, I am not sure but that is not what caused your scores to drop. You may still qualify for FHA 3.5% down from a minimum 580 fico score. If you got your score up to minimum 620 fico score you may consider 3% down conventional.

Do you have down payment and closing costs or do you need down payment and closing cost assistance programs. You would need a minimum 640 fico score to consider down payment and closing cost assistance programs.

If you call the web reference below you can have your scores raised within 3-4 days in most cases at no cost to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

You have to be careful as you may have paid an old collection off and it will lower your scores...

When financing your vehicle, if you choose to at the dealer, can have a very large impact on your credit but the number of inquiries. Lots of people see a big drop in their score if they finance this way. Vehicles are also an installment loan which over time can help boost your credit, I am not sure if apartments always report your payments.

Keep that in mind when making your decision!

There are plenty of websites with calculators to use but the best method is to contact or visit a local lender and have them pull your credit and analyze your finances. This will give you an accurate picture of what you can afford. It's called a pre approval. You need to be pre approved before seeing any homes. ... more

Hello, My name is Caroline and I live in West Houston. In the month of August, I lost my home because of the flood. I am currently staying with some family friends in West Virginia which i am not really comfortable with because I love privacy in a large space. I tried applying for a loan last month so I could get a bigger apartment for myself. All along, I thought I had a clean record only to find out that I had an initial eviction and some other negatives with a very low score of 415 which prevented me from getting the loan I seeked. I found CYBERCOM services online. I really appreciate meeting him. He helped me increase my score to a high 789 and all the negative items on my report were removed. I got everything I required and even more. As i speak, I now qualify for almost anything. I'm now at the brim of getting a very big home. I want to fulfill my promise to him for such a discreet delivery in a relatively short time and at an affordable price. So here I am recommending CYBERCOM@TECHIE.COM; (619)6203232.. For a similar result on your credit, I think its best you mail the team and be ever grateful you did. ... more

You can check your credit report, which will provide you with information on your negative accounts, including those which have been sent to collections or which are in default. Hope this helps. ... more
