I am not an exclusive buyer agent, but rather a broker who fully supports buyer agency. We have dual agency in NJ, and it's not allowed in FL, as you well know. I am not a big fan of dual agency, but do know of isolated instances when it has worked well. That is the exception, and I am a strong supporter of buyer agency.
