For me, the best training is learning in the field, with a mentor, partner or managing broker. Online training and classes can only teach so much. They do not make you a great agent. Also consider will they be giving you leads? Interview with smaller offices as well, less competition within your own office can be better for some agents. Once you do decide, promote yourself, my favorite way is through Active Rain. I put a free link below. It is a great source of leads for me. ... more

I ran a search in a couple of my re groups on facebook and the feedback wasn't good. And their guarantee is worthless if you ask me. It's something along the lines of if an appointment flakes or cancels or isn't a real appt. then they'll get you another one instead of giving your money back. I tried to bargain with the rep but they didn't even want to give me 1 free listing appt. to test them out. I ended up joining their free network and even those "appointments" that they have sent haven't been real appts. ... more

I am taking it now. Most materials are good, but in some cases interchangable terms are switched up, making things confusing. In addition, the clock showing imber of hours spent in the course is weird. It says I have 5 minutes left of the 40 hours of study, but I am only halfway through the material. I thought it was based on the amount of material covered rather than actual time, but I know I haven't been in the course for 40 hours.

I have found at least one contradiction between the material and a quiz question, so I wrote the instructor, who is supposed to respond in 24 hours. It has been 27 hours.
