Betina Foreman answered:
Its really easy. Just go to "My Listings" then click "Edit" then add the dates for your open houses. Trulia makes this very easy to do!

OIften your local MLS will also have a feature like this to notify other agents of an upcoming open house that matches a clients search criteria. I always post it in the MLS a week or two before the hopen house to gain more traffic to the listing. Good luck! ... more

I vote for price adjustment and fresh photos. Price is the driver, change it and you have a new story, new stories draw attention....and hits!

There have been agents in my area that have marketed properties or themselves to the Canadian market through other avenues besides the net and have had mixed success. Various oil and money magazines, billboards and even airports. I asked the question b/c I have stayed away from that type of advertising due to unclear guidelines as to what is acceptable in Canada. Recently our board has said that with full disclosure it is ok, although still somewhat of a grey area. The web is clearly the way to go, but......... ... more

Hi James. Uh....CL? They rank #9 in the US for traffic count. They've put countless newspapers out of business. You can pinpoint your ads and template them to sync.

GOOD LUCK.

David to answer you question, Gallatin Heights compares very favorably to other subdivision in the area. Gallatin Heights offers amazing accessibility, great value, and large lots. It is located west of Jackrabbit Ln. between Valley Center and Hulbert and is a short drive to Bozeman, Belgrade, Four Corners or any of the areas recreational draws. Phase I of Gallatin Heights is now available and has three different lot types, 10,000-12,000SF lots, 1/2 Acre lots, and 1+ Acre lots, with some quite a few 2+ Acre lots in future phases. Gallatin also offers a fully landscaped parks, trail systems, and open space, and public water and sewer. Prices in Gallatin Heights start at $73,200 for the 10K-12K SF lots, $115,000 for the 1/2 Acres, and $139,000 for the 1+ Acres. Compared to the subdivisions around it Gallatin Heights has a superior location, great amenities, and is priced very well for the size of the lots. You can stop by and visit the Gallatin Height Sales Center located on the corner of Valley Center and Jackrabbit on Thursday and Friday between 12 and 2 as well as 4-6pm, or on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm. You can also check it out on the web at http://www.gallatinheights.com ... more
