Try finding an agent through a personal referral from someone you know and trust. If you can't then meet with three agents and see which one you feel most comfortable with. You want an agent that will talk more about what they will do for you then themselves and how great they are.

Are you looking for a house to rent? I know of a 3BR 1 Full 1 1/2 bath single detached home with a family room in the Dulaney High School district. It will be available with the next 2-3 months. Would that work for you?

I haven't heard of those two in particular but there are several good companies that I trust. Including http://www.homelandtitleandescrow.com/. Karen and her staff do a great job!

Great news. Affordability is at an all time low and with today's interest rates homebuyers in Maryland really can't go wrong in making a purchase!

Hi Bella, there should be a few bus lines that you can combine to get you there.
The Maryland Department of Transportation has a way you can search for bus lines. Here is the link:

I hope this helps!
Thanks!

Hi Je,

Thank you for your question. I'm afraid that we don't keep a history of emails you send through Trulia for later review. That's a great suggestion however, and I'll share that with my colleagues so we can consider it for future development.

If you have any other questions or suggestions, please let us know.

Best Wishes,

Emily Erekuff

Depends on how ready you are to work with an agent and if you have an agent you trust and are comfortable with. Else you have two choices.

1. Get the info from bank websites, county clerks, courthouses, etc for each area you are looking at.
2. Save yourself the hours of work to do this and sign up for one of the paid sites. Yes, the information is free, but no, it's not easy to get in one place. So it's not a scam to pay for it, just a time saver as a starting point.

Once you have a general idea from doing the research on your own, then contact an agent you have a good vibe about.
