You may want to consider donating it. I think it would be the fastest way of getting rid of it. Especially if you wanna get out of putting more money into it. Real Estate With Causes has a great donation program, they accept real estate of all sorts. Anything from farm land to commercial property. The best way to find out if your property is something they're able to accept is submitting their online donation form on the web site https://www.realestatewithcauses.org/land-donations.htm. They're great about getting back fairly quickly, and if you have any questions they're glad to help. The good thing about donating is you get a tax deduction, and you contribute to bettering the lives of many people. What they typically do with real estate donations is they either sell the properties or they actually donate them back out. If you'd like to learn more about what they do visit their web site. Hopefully this helps you out a bit. ... more

You should study RENT vs BUY listings as you may qualify to buy and pay less than rent. You may consider 3% down conventional from a minimum 620 fico score and FHA 3.5% down from a minimum 580 fico score. The lower scores between 500-579 may consider 10% down FHA.

Your credit scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs rates and terms as necessary.

If you figure out what cities/zip codes you are considering, minimum number of bedrooms and the maximum payment/price you are considering you can be emailed listings from agents to fit your search criteria. Check out the web reference link below...

Hello Tonyangelopublic, it depends on many factors. You consider 3.5% down FHA with a minimum 580 fico score and 3% down conventional from a minimum 620 fico score. If you have lower scores between 500-579 you would need 10% down to consider FHA.

Do you have copies of all three bureaus as we will go by the middle score of all three scores. How much do you pay in rent and what is the maximum payment you are looking to afford?

If you figure out what cities/zip codes you are considering, minimum number of bedroom and the maximum payment/price you are looking to achieve you can be emailed listings to fit your search criteria.

You will need to be pre-approved to be able to meet an agent to view and submit offers on any homes of your choice. You will need to gather some documentation to provide for a pre-approval letter. Check out the web reference link below...

If you're struggling to sell your home, you might even want to consider donating. Especially if you're trying to get it out of your hands sooner rather than later. An alternative might be to donate it. Especially with tax season coming up, it might save you quit a bit. If you're at all interested in considering donating I would recommend visiting Real Estate With Causes' web site. They have a great program. Their either donate the homes they receive, or they sell them and use the proceeds to help those in need. The process is simple to begin as well, you would just need to submit this form (http://www.realestatewithcauses.org/house-donations.htm) and one of their real estate rep's will contact you. You can always call them, or submit a contact form if you'd like to ask them any questions. Just an idea, I hope this helps! ... more

I think stucco is a great low maintenance exterior for a residential home. In Florida most of my clients actually prefer stucco to other types of siding. And have never had an insurance company not willing to issue a policy for a stucco home.
As far as that agent not willing to show you stucco homes I agree with @Neale Humes... They work for you! i can give my advice to a client, but buying decision is and always was theirs.
