I find this scenario a bit ridiculous.
The property in question was SOLD 7 years ago!
It is not currently for sale or for lease in MLS.
So, are there sex offenders living in Watauga?? Yea, like in any other city.
And they probably have a car. So they can drive to your address, no matter where you live!
What's the big deal? We don't live in a perfect society. I don't know where you could buy a house and not be near criminals. I'm sorry, and I pray that it nevers happens to you or your family. ~But it doesn't have very much to do with buying a house.
Ask the Police Department if you want to know something about criminal activity. ---Don't ask a Realtor.

If you can show that your fiance's father is paying the loan and has been for over 12 months you may not need to include that in the debt. Not always the case because the debt belongs to your fiance but some lenders will allow things like this. Also, you may look at options to refinance the student loan at a lower interest rate with lower payments. That may help you qualify.

Hope this helps.

The numbers showing on that site are often not accurate because they may show just what is owed on one lien when the house may have 2 or more. Also, homes are listed when owners are in default. It doesn't mean that they haven't caught up with their payments or may have sold the house already.

I'll be happy to send you a list of homes that have already been foreclosed and that are for sale. Feel free to contact me with your needs.
