Have you checked out the "rent" section at the top of Trulia? There may be something in there. Otherwise you could also check Craigslist.com to see what they have for posted for rentals. ... more

The mobile home is for sale. It does have washer & dryer hook up. It would need to be moved unless you can come to an agreement with lot space owner. The lot space is $250.00 monthly. It has plenty of parking. It is, however, in a flood zone. So, you may want to move it. My email is carrielklossner@yahoo.com my # is 907-491-0963. Hi Steg - Not sure if you are still considering relocating to Seward, Alaska, however I just noticed your question and thought I would provide some additional info. GCI, a local internet and phone service provider, has a variety of internet packages available in Seward, and it looks like they could meet your needs. Here is a link to their website - http://www.gci.com/internet/plans.
I have a wonderful home listed in Seward that would offer you plenty of room to work as well as the possibility of additional income from offering vacation rentals. Check out 2000 Phoenix Road - http://www.trulia.com/property/3087588143-2000-Phoenix-Rd-Seward-AK-99664.
The price you see on here reflects the inclusion of an adjacent vacant parcel. If you would prefer just to purchase the home without the additional land, the price is $475,000 (USD). I will be updating the listing soon to show the house and land priced separately. Seward is a lovely community and I think you would enjoy the laid-back friendly lifestyle. Hope you are well!
